Barrister Junior LUSAKUENO MAKUENO is a lawyer at the Bar near the Court of Appeal of Kongo-Central in the Democratic Republic of Congo, since 2017. Before joining the law firm of Muamba Mukengeshayi & Associates, SCP, he worked at the law firm of ASSISSA.

In his professional practice, he intervenes in the maritime, commercial and public procurement law sectors, as well as in the law of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).

He also practices judicial litigation in which he represents, advises, assists and defends clients in various proceedings before the Courts and Tribunals of the Democratic Republic of Congo on issues related to administrative, civil, commercial, labor, land and real estate law, and referrals to the Court of Cassation.

Barrister LUSAKUENO MAKUENO holds a bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in Law from the University of Kinshasa, with a specialization in Private and Judicial Law, in the department of criminal law and criminology.
