General overview

Maître Mizou NSANDA BILONGO is a lawyer at the Paris Bar, France. She is also admitted to the Kinshasa – Matete Bar in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Before joining the firm, she gained various professional experiences in France, Africa, and the United States, working at several law firms. During these experiences, she developed expertise in OHADA law, transaction tax, and public business law (contracts and public procurement, PPP, infrastructure, taxation).

In her professional practice, she works in the sectors of investment, trade, and natural resources and infrastructure (mining law and oil and gas law). She has advised numerous clients in these areas of activity and has published several studies related to OHADA business law and natural resources law.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Paris XIII, Villetaneuse, France, a Master’s degree (Master II) in Police, Security, and Human Rights from the University of Nice – Sophia Antipolis, Nice, France, a Master’s degree (Master I) in International Law from the University of Nice – Sophia Antipolis, Nice, France, a diploma in advanced sales techniques from Négocia Business School, Paris, France, and an LLM in Comparative Law from California Western School of Law, San Diego, CA, United States of America.
