Due diligence

The economic environment requires investors, company decision-makers and economic actors to obtain the most reliable information possible on the target (companies, permits or titles, contracts, mining agreements, etc.) in order to protect themselves from risks that could threaten their economic activity, their assets, their intangible assets or their reputation in the context of their external and organic growth.

Therefore, before any equity investment, we deploy a team adapted in number and technicality to carry out social audits (due diligence) in order to analyze the main subjects likely to generate a liability and to provide an inventory.

We carry out investigations in public administrations and institutions (mining registry, notary’s office, Single window for company creation, etc.) that have received the relevant applications and issued and/or registered the related titles in order to check their conformity and authenticity. We also carry out investigations at the registry of courts (commercial, labour, civil and administrative) to check whether any pending legal action could pose a threat to planned operations.
